Objective:

This market-leading practice was experiencing an increase in competition and was seeing a 6 percent reduction in new patients over the previous 14 month period. The practice was looking for answers and turned to Orthopaedic Marketing Group for help.

The practice had done some random advertising and sponsorships, but had no metrics in place to measure effectiveness. Having done little marketing in the past, the physicians were both cautious and nervous about being too aggressive, yet understood the need to reverse the current trend.
