“The Profitability of a Shared Vision”
Objective:
A large, multi-subspecialty practice was looking for help. Junior physicians where screaming for more marketing and senior physicians didn’t want to spend a dime. They needed a vision that the practice could share.Evaluation:
As part of the Marketing Audit, we met with each physician and developed an intimate understanding of individual objectives. Along with competitive influences, we analyzed individual referral sources, patterns and growth potential.Recommendation:
We provided a detailed profile for each physician with information on where patients were coming from and the factors influencing those decisions. We presented a completely different budget moving forward and showed them that, in their situation, the least expensive tactics generated the most patients.Result:
Senior physicians were pleased. Junior physicians were excited. The administrator was ecstatic. All physicians were on the same page. The practice now had a strategy, a budget and - most importantly - both were all aligned with a vision of the future all could share. It's About Getting Your Objectives Right | Plan to Succeed | Spending Less, Getting More | The Profitability of a Shared Vision | The Name Game | Relationships, Not Advertising | 5o Cents on the Dollar | The Hand-Me-Down Identity
